- Social media — planning, creating and publishing content that reflects the Mattsons world
- Website management — keeping things fresh, improving the experience, supporting SEO
- Campaigns — planning and running marketing campaigns across channels, from start to finish
- Reporting — tracking performance and turning numbers into clear decisions
- Events — representing the brand at trade shows, markets, and partner events
- Photoshoots — planning and directing shoots to create imagery we are proud of
- PR — building relationships with press, stylists, bloggers, and influencers
- Partner communications — staying close to our retail partners and interior designer network
- Brand — protecting and evolving the Mattsons voice, identity, and story
- Budget — managing the marketing spend carefully and reporting on what works
You do not need to have worked at a big agency or led a large team. What matters most is that you are curious, organised, and genuinely passionate about brands that make beautiful things.
You probably have a few years of broad marketing experience — ideally in lifestyle, design, home, or something similar. You are comfortable being the one in charge of it all, and you actually enjoy that. You write well in both Swedish and English, you are at home on social media, and you know how to balance creativity with commercial thinking.
You are comfortable working hands-on with tools like Photoshop or the Affinity suite, Webflow, Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
An eye for beautiful things and a love of natural materials would fit right in here.
